GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH • Salary PLUS bonuses! • Flexible schedule • On-going training & development • Current office locations include Greensboro, Garner, & Myrtle Beach/Wilmington WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE • Manage all Part-Time Event & Retail Marketers • Maintain a COM (cost of marketing) of 14% or lower • Inform the Assistant Manager of any supplies needed within your territory. • Run all Home Shows within your assigned territory. • Host RSVP Signature Events booked by Event Manger and conduct presentation for guests. • Submit team bonuses to the Assistant Event Manager. • Submit team expense reports to the Assistant Event Manger. • Conduct new hire classroom training once monthly including GroupMe and CamScan • Assist in the training of any other new Team Leads. • Keep up with consistently having a full team using Monday.com • Create and send out monthly team schedule with goals and all pertinent event info. • Book and manage corporate partnerships within your assigned territory. • Book and manage events and retail locations in which to participate within your assigned territory. • Pack totes for all upcoming events with all possible swag available. • Keep a well-stocked and well-organized warehouse space. • In field spot checks and feedback for your team. • Collect all end of shift forms, lead sheets, and sweeps and send to Assistant Event Manager within 24 hours. • Responsible for the overall success of the assigned territory. • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Event Manager. QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications preferred or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities • Required weekend and night work occasionally • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to self-manage resources (time and budgeted) to achieve objectives • Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills • Demonstrated ability in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel • Reliable transportation SKILLS • Results oriented • Public Speaking • Flexible • Weekend and night work • Time management skills • Creative • Entrepreneurial • Confident • Interpersonal skills • Team player THE RENEWAL BY ANDERSEN STORY Renewal by Andersen is the full-service window-replacement division of 115-year-old Andersen Corporation, the owner of the most trusted family of window brands in America.
