Job Details Job Responsibilities: • Delight customers by providing an excellent customer experience consistent with our world-class product. • Answer telephone calls and assist with showroom traffic. • Partner with assigned sales representatives and serve as the internal point of contact for customers. • Ensure that all customer questions and concerns are addressed and satisfied. Clarify, diagnosis and resolve any customer issues. • Work with sales reps to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders and on-hold jobs. • Schedule appointments with homeowner for technical measure, installation, and service. Create job file packets for technical measure appointments and installation. • Observe the internal processes and procedures from the customers viewpoint to identify opportunities for improvement. • Provide customer correspondence as needed. Experience and Education: • Associates Degree preferred; High School diploma required • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills • Good listening skills. Expected to work 1- 2 weekends per month, either in the showroom or staffing large events such as open houses, home shows and state fair. Saturday showroom hours are 10am-2pm. Flex time offered during the week in exchange for Saturday hours. |
