Job Details QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, character and/or ability required. • Must be fluent with Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel, outlook) and technology savvy. • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to work with a sense of urgency to complete responsibilities in a timely manner. • Ability to build relationships and trust at all levels of the organization, strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to find resolution, deliver difficult feedback and advise management. • Ability to take initiative, be resourceful and deal with changing timelines with minimal direction. • High school diploma and ability to pass a background check required. • Have a high level of attention to detail. RESPONSIBILITIES • Deliver best in class service • Accurately complete simple orders of windows, and doors • Communicate and coordinate project ordering as directed by the Senior Project Coordinator • Coordinate ordering, acknowledging, shipping, and installation dates, • Communicate logistics and installation with team members. | |
