Job Details

We are a nation-wide leader in premium window and door replacement company based in Orlando, Florida that offers its employees a chance to work in a growing industry with opportunities to grow and advance within the company. What We Offer • A great work environment • Hourly pay $18+ per hour, depending on experience • Opportunities for training and advancement • Paid vacation and 4 paid holidays per year • Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance • 401K • Work Schedule: Full-time Monday through Friday with occasional weekends • Vehicle allowance and fuel card for use of your personal vehicle Responsibilities • Service and repair previously installed RbA products • Analyzes customer situations, determine corrective action to be taken and verify the action has fixed the situation as efficiently and cost effective as possible • Install window and door replacements • Make recommendations for process improvement • Keep current on RbA product and installation process changes • Inventory service stock area of warehouse • Accurately measure dimensions and determine installation processes for windows and doors • Provide installation solutions that match customer expectations • Complete and submit required paperwork • Portray a professional image • Provide a high level of customer satisfaction Requirements • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) • Must have a clean driver's license and driving record for the past 5 years • Must be willing to undergo a drug test and background check • Must have some experience using tools and working on home improvement projects • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a passion for great customer service • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume and quick deadlines • Must have basic tools We provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
