Description



Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and greet visitors.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings
  • Prepare communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Purchasing Supplies for R&D Lab
  • Various Color Science/R&D Lab Support, generate LWRs, reports, Salesforce, etc.
  • Preparing written communications and utilizing various computer applications, including the Office 365 suite.
  • Demonstrate the ability to display a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality in communication both internally and with customers.
  • Special projects and other assignments as directed by the team.


Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country for which you are applying for employment (without now or in the future needing sponsorship for employment work visa and/or permanent residence status).
• High school diploma or equivalent of.
• Proficient in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel)
• Computer Knowledge for data entry and communication

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Associate Degree or equivalent
• Prior Experience as an Administrative Assistant
• Previous laboratory or industrial coatings experience
