Brief Description Assists in transporting community service clients and equipment to and from daily job assignments. Detailed Description Transports community service clients to and from daily job assignments.Ensures clients perform all manual work assignments.Maintains manifests/schedules for community services clients and monitors assignments.Assists in assessing community service clients' eligibility for job assignments to ensure capability in operating equipment or performing tasks in a safe manner.Assists in resolving complaints from clients and makes recommendations to the supervisor.Performs other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Graduation from an accredited high school/GED Program. One (1) year work related experience or 15 hours of college credit or combination of the two.Must possess a valid Texas Driver's License, with a good driving record.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, assisted. Must be able to work in varying conditions, surroundings and weather conditions. Required to operate 15-passenger vans. Additional Details An extensive pre-employment background investigation will be conducted on all applicants who have been offered a position with Dallas County.
