This Opportunity:Join our Operational Excellence team as anAssociate, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting administrative andexecutive management activities, contribute to the team's pipeline of processimprovement activities, and provide support to our business development andproject management teams. Together with our Operational Excellence teammembers, the Associate will work under the support and guidance of ourmanagement team to shape their career within Palladium. Location and Compensation: The position is based in Palladium's Washington D.C. office. For our prospective employees in the UnitedStates, please note that the full-time equivalent annual base salary for thisposition is expected to range from $57,000 to $80,000 and successful candidatesmay also be eligible for additional, variable incentive compensation dependenton the role. For part-time employees, the salary will be prorated based on theactual number of hours worked. Please be advised that a final salary offer will be based onvarious factors, including but not limited to your qualifications, education,experience, skills, seniority, performance, and Palladium's business ororganizational needs. Primary Roles and Responsibilities: TheAssociate will be a member of the Operational Excellence Team supporting areassuch as, but not limited to, company operations, contracts and compliance, andlegal. The role will have the chance to work on both internal and externalprojects that help us make an impact on our world and will have the opportunityto work with a variety of managers, directors, and internal clients.
