Description

Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. Responsibilities

  • Complexity Reduction - Identify and implement strategies to reduce complexity costs while improving product consistency including digital automated workflows, data management - storage, migration, access
  • Process Alignment and Leadership - Manage and develop standards, procedures and processes to enhance consistency and efficiency across Coil
  • Critical knowledge capture - Organize and conduct training forums to enhance the skills and knowledge of the technical team
  • Lead efforts to document and capture Coil Technical historical knowledge, ensuring vital information is readily accessible.
  • Promote and manage knowledge-sharing tools (e.g. Sharepoint, PowerApps, etc) within the company to enhance usability and effectiveness.
  • Benchmark other business units digital tools, systems to leverage best practices
  • Develop, create, and track training for the QEX team as requested.
  • Assists in non-complex Technical or Commercial investigations as needed.
  • Completes on-site process follow ups to develop necessary procedures.
  • Works with QE Managers and Technicians to facilitate process adherence to divisional work instructions
  • Performs process verification audits when required by an internal investigation or recent QE/CI process changes and reports results at various levels of the organization. Technical or Customer focused
  • Completes monthly data reporting as requested.
  • Attend and participate in business quality group driven meetings (QE, Customer, Technical).
  • Maintains a clean and safe working environment.
  • Supports site quality efforts by participating in site projects such as complaint corrective action implementation, Opportunity Cost reduction, or participating in Technical/Manufacturing investigations.
  • When needed, visits customers and Technical labs to better understand customer conditions, background work on projects, and impacts of process variance.
  • Lead Quality Excellence focused projects as needed.


Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country for which you are applying for employment (without now or in the future needing sponsorship for employment work visa and/or permanent residence status).
• Bachelor's degree in a Technical Writing or Science, Technology, Engineering or Math field.
• 4-5 years of Experience
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Can take something complex and make it simple.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
• Excellent organization and planning skills
• Team- oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment
• Experience working with Office 365 including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, MS power platform (power apps, power automate, dataverse)
• Organizational skills
• Able to adapt and change quickly in response to new situations/demands
• Technical writing skills
• Ability to tailor communications to fit the needs of the audience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• MS Planner, MS forms, MS Stream and Clip Champ, MS Lists

Travel Requirements: 30%
