Job Summary Responsible for all activities related to inventory replenishment and reconciliation, analysis and trending of client data, profitability, and working with stakeholders to improve program profitability.
Job Responsibilities- Oversees 340B Analysts workflow to ensure client relationships and deliverables are being maintained satisfactorily.
- Responsible for coaching/developing 340B Analysts and Coordinators in the resolution of escalated client operational issues and production system operational ticket issues.
- Responsible for analyzing clients' outstanding liabilities, Walgreens liabilities, and make recommendations to improve and lower these amounts to be more efficient.
- Performs client specific program gross profitability analysis and makes recommendations to improve program performance. Tracks profitability over time, identify root causes of adverse trends, and makes recommendations to improve program's financial results.
- Performs reconciliations on a quarterly basis (at a minimum) for all clients in accordance with the contracts.
- May involve presenting and resolving any and all reconciliation issues as they arise.
- Analyzes exception reporting using various systems, including EDI, CORPED, WEBSDL, as well as other internal adjudication platforms and provides appropriate solutions.
- Develops and fosters working relationships with internal working counterparts (IT, Internal Audit, Results, Accounting, etc.) to facilitate productive exchanges of information. Provides data, information, and any reports as needed to other business units or clients.
- Develops and updates 340b program reporting packages detailing volume, profitability, pricing, and other reporting metrics as needed.
- Has a thorough understanding of the of the 340B program. Recognized as a Subject Matter Expert on 340B program. Strives to consistently improve the overall efficiency, profitability, and marketability of the 340B complete program.
- Builds knowledge of the healthcare and pharmacy services industry, continually, and uses that knowledge to identify ways and make recommendations, to improve the 340b program.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years analytical experience in inventory or operations; or high school diploma and 5 years analytical experience in inventory or operations.
- Experience developing ways of accomplishing goals with little or no supervision, depending on oneself to complete objectives and determining when escalation of issues is necessary.
- At least two (2) years of experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex business issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
- At least two (2) years of experience with analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: opening a workbook, inserting a row, selecting font style and size, formatting cells as currency, using copy, paste and save functions, aligning text, selecting cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a column, selecting a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting margins, selecting page orientation, using spell check and/or printing worksheets).
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: inserting, rearranging, hiding and deleting slides, navigating between slides, increasing list level, adding, centering and editing text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving objects, printing outline view and/or running a slide show).
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: opening a document, cutting, pasting and aligning text, selecting font type and size, changing margins and column width, sorting, inserting bullets, pictures and dates, using find and replace, undo, spell check, track changes, review pane and/or print functions).
- Willing to travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry, including pharmacy, hospital, clinic, PBM.
- Experience developing and delivering presentations to internal and external audiences.
- Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using AVERAGE function, merging and centering cells, printing centered page and/or creating a pivot table).
