This Opportunity: The Associate,Strategic Growth will be a member of the America's Strategic Growth Teamsupporting the growth strategy, with a primary focus on proposal coordination.The Associate helps to take an opportunity through the pipeline from identificationto submission. They will focus on overall planning, writing selectproposal/pre-proposal pieces, and coordinating the internal team and partnerinputs for bid efforts, and assists in broader bid preparation and productionaspects. Location andCompensation: The position is basedin Palladium's Washington D.C. office. For our prospectiveemployees in the United States, please note that the full-time equivalentannual base salary for this position is expected to range from $52,000 to$73,000, and successful candidates may also be eligible for additional,variable incentive compensation dependent on the role. For part-time employees,the salary will be prorated based on the actual number of hours worked. Please be advised that a final salary offer will be based on various factors,including but not limited to your qualifications, education, experience,skills, seniority, performance, and Palladium's business or organizationalneeds.
