This Opportunity: Palladium is currently seeking a Senior Digital HealthAdvisor within the Information Systems team who will be based in the UnitedStates. This critical role bridges the Information Systems, Digital Solutionsand Health portfolios, focusing on digital health and Health Information System(HIS) activity development and implementation within Palladium's Global healthprograms. The Senior Digital Health Advisor will play a pivotal role in shaping thestrategy, analysis, design, architecture, and governance of digital healthactivities, emphasizing the use of information for decision-making. This rolewill also contribute significantly to business development activities, activelyparticipating in proposal development and fostering growth opportunities. Locationand Compensation: The position is based in Palladium's Washington, DC office with anexpectation to be physically present 3 days per week. The position may require approximately 30%overseas travel, with a particular focus on low- and middle-income countries(LMICs). Forour prospective employees in the United States, please note that the full-timeequivalent annual base salary for this position is expected to range from $93,000to $140,000, and successful candidates may also be eligible for additional,variable incentive compensation dependent on the role. For part-time employees,the salary will be prorated based on the actual number of hours worked. Reporting and Supervision: This role will report to the Director, InformationSystems Portfolio with regular updates, monthly activity reports, and quarterlyupdates on project performance and revenue. Additional reporting may berequired as specified by the manager. This role is integral to the International Developmentportfolio in the Americas Region and involves close collaboration with Project Directors,Team Leaders, Senior Managers, and external stakeholders.
