Responsibilities

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
  • Maintain the corporate aircraft fleet to ensure the highest level of safety within F.A.A. and manufacturer standards and requirements
  • Maximize the availability for passenger use and work to control costs, without compromising safety
  • Perform all required, scheduled and un-scheduled maintenance on the corporate jet aircraft
  • Follow the FAA aircraft inspection program, ensure compliance with the applicable FAA regulations, manufacturers requirements and Company standards as set forth in the Aviation Department Policies & Procedures Manual
  • Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections and servicing
  • Perform tests, adjustments, repairs, inspections, and other tasks related to the maintenance and repair of complex airframe systems, avionics and turbine engines
  • Provide aircraft early departure and late arrival support
  • Maintain consumables inventory and ensure cleanliness of shop and office areas
  • Travel as needed for international trips and maintenance related training
  • Maintain current and ongoing knowledge of changes technical publications and Federal Regulations


Qualifications

FORMAL EDUCATION:

Required:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • FAA Airframe & Power Plant License (A&P)
Preferred:
  • College coursework completed or Associate's Degree in Aviation
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Required:
  • Minimum of 8 years general experience aircraft maintenance.
Preferred:
  • Falcon or Falcon 2000 experience
  • Experience with Computerized Aircraft Maintenance Tracking Software (CMP, CAMP, etc.)
  • Background in business aircraft preferred
TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Required:
  • General knowledge of computer systems (e.g. laptop usage)
Preferred:
  • Able to read aircraft electrical wiring prints for troubleshooting
  • Able to work from dimensional drawing and blueprints
Travel 15-20%
