Description

This position is responsible for supporting plant operations through collecting and analyzing production data to drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities include reviewing, investigating, developing and analyzing reports surrounding all batch tickets and raw material shortages.

Additional Information:

Monday - Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Responsibilities

Major Tasks include, but are not limited to:
  • Reviewing batch slips daily, investigate raw material variances, inventory adjustments.
  • Analyze data for quality department to improve procedures.
  • Provide manager reports monitoring performance to standard.
  • Responsible for ensuring Xerox machines, employee computer room and electronic devices for the site are functional.
  • Administrative duties including, QAD transaction review and batch ticket scanning.
  • Maintains site security through badge management (assigning, changing and deleting) and gate responsibility.
  • Direct phone calls received on main phone.
  • Conduct contractor safety training for new contractors, maintain safety database and provide safety observation reports.
  • Site contact for Cintas with uniform ordering, changes, updates, complaints and billing accuracy.


Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Have at least one (1) year experience working in a manufacturing or distribution facility
