Responsibilities CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS: *Preferred Candidates Identified* Sherwin-Williams is seeking highly-qualified and motivated law clerks for its Legal Department to begin one-year clerkships following the current school year, working full-time during the summer (May - August 2024) and part-time during the subsequent school year (August 2024 - May 2025). The successful candidates will have an opportunity to work on domestic and international projects in a wide array of practice areas, including commercial and corporate contracts, litigation, real estate, environmental, regulatory, transportation, intellectual property, employee benefits, labor and employment, bankruptcy, advertising, corporate governance, securities, immigration, and data privacy and security. *Preferred Candidates Identified* Qualifications FORMAL EDUCATION: Required:
