POSITION SUMMARY: Directs the global quality initiatives and programs for the business unit. Responsibilities may include developing and implementing quality strategies and programs, prioritizing regional quality programs and performance, and working with executive management. Qualifications EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Ten years of progressive quality experience within the manufacturing industry, including three years of management experience. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Chemistry or equivalent education and experience. Certification or licensure within a quality program or body of knowledge is preferred. SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
