Responsibilities This position is accountable for managing a profile of large Energy customers in order to maintain and increase sales/growth and market share for the P&M Division. This position is accountable for sourcing and developing relationships with high-value potential Energy customers that lead to sales, margin, market share and profit growth throughout the Key Accounts business segment. Position will serve as the single point of contact and will manage customer relationships, procurement, and coordinate pricing across Regions/Sales Areas. Ultimately, the goal of this position is to make Sherwin-Williams the single supplier for the national key Energy accounts. Will work with the Energy Sales Director, BDR Sales Manager, BDR Sales Representatives and other divisional stakeholders to ensure that multiple customer locations receive the same level of service program offerings. The Key Account Manager must be able to effectively utilize resources, marketing technical, and work with PSG National Accounts to meet customer expectations and achieve long-term sales/market growth. Will effectively interface with work with finance, R&D, sales, operations, and supply chain to meet customers' needs.
