This Opportunity: The Lead Technical Proposal Writer,Health is responsible for writing and winning multi-million dollar proposalsfor USAID and other donors. The consultant writer works closely with technicaland proposal team members to develop compelling and persuasive proposals thatare responsive to client requirements. Location: The position is based in Palladium's Washington D.C. office or remote.
